[Resolved] Aircel — False balance deduction and customer care not supported

Sir, a false balance deduction made today around 2pm, date[protected] on my no. [protected]. They deducted Rs47. I called the customer care of aircel and they clearly denied to return my balance by giving the reason that I activated a service but I didn't dialed any number from my number. This is clearly against law as they did this before also. Please kindly take action against this nonsense by the company and return my balance back

Aircel Customer Care's response Dear Shubham2828,

We would like to inform you that as per the records, there is a balance deduction of Rs 47/- towards the data pack activated on 7/12/2016.However, we have deactivated the service and as a goodwill gesture Rs. 47/- would be credited within 48 hours and we would also request you to avoid clicking on any WAP links popping up during browsing.
