[Resolved] Aircel — False balance deduction and customer care not supported | |||
Sir, a false balance deduction made today around 2pm, date[protected] on my no. [protected]. They deducted Rs47. I called the customer care of aircel and they clearly denied to return my balance by giving the reason that I activated a service but I didn't dialed any number from my number. This is clearly against law as they did this before also. Please kindly take action against this nonsense by the company and return my balance back Was this information helpful? | |||
