[Resolved] Aircel — False Balance deductions frequently | |||
I am using Aircel sim for last 2 years and i am facing false balance deductions by the company frequently. I always recharge for Rs. 110/- which gives full talktime and whenever it reduces to Rs. 80/-, the company deducts all of the amount from my main balance and whenever i contact with customer support executive they has only one resolution. They always say their system has some issues and to call after 2 hours. When I called after 2 hours they said to call after 12 hours and when I am trying to contact now then they are still saying they system failure. This has happened with me thrice and i am unable to recharge it further as it can deduct money at any time. Was this information helpful? | |||
