Aircel — False message with Wrong information.. | |||
This is prudwi raj and am using Aircel Service with [protected], which is so horrible in Network and solving the customer querries, ., my problem was on 3rd sept i received a message from the service provider saying that Recharge with Rc 100 =100TT and 1p/2sec for 60 days, i recharged on the very next day with 100 and i didn't get that offer and my tariff plan has been changed as 2p/sec..i called customer care regarding this problem and they did not even respond clearly moreover they told me that there is no such kind of offer..From the very next day they blocked my number for customer care services, and i received a message from the care saying your querry was resolved and that offer was valid[protected].my humble request for Aircel, is do not send such kind of messages to the customers and don't cheat them.
