Dear, Sir, I have contacted to Aircel complaint Helpline (198) on 8/06/2016 at around 2:30 PM. To know about the Carry forward of my remaining 750 MB data whose validity was 8/06/2016. But, I was wrongly informed about the data carry forward by "Tumpa" a staff of Aircel. Tumpa said to me that by recharging any 3G Plan you can carry forward your data. After assurance of customer care staff (Tumpa). I recharged a 116 Rs(INR) 3G plan of Aircel to my number [protected]. But, after recharging my new data was not add with previous data. Then again, I contacted to Aircel complaint helpline about data Carry forward then a senior executive officer (Dinesh Das) told that this can't be added to your account. Dear sir, what shall I do, I was cheated by Aircel staffs. I want to add my 750 data with my new 1GB data whose validity is on 05/07/2016 I.e my total data will be(750MB+1GB), validity will be on 05/07/2016. I would like to say that you should take a step against such company who gives wrong information to their customers for the benefit of company by frudary. Aircel number:- [protected]. We have checked and found that you have recharged FRC 192 & SRC 1 on 12.05.2016 at 22.29 pm & 13.05.2016 at 11.58 am respectively in which you got All L+N Mobile Calls: 35p/min; LL Calls L/N 3p/Sec, 100 L+N SMS for 15 days ; 1GB 3G/2G Data for 28 days ; 100MB Data in 3G/2G M2 & M3; SRC-1 only applicable for new subscribers, SRC-1 Rs 79 TT & 2min L_A2A for 1 day, tariff validity 180 days.
Now 500 MB 3G/2G data validity 15 days credited to your DA account 30 on 13.06.2016 at 11.47 as a goodwill gesture.
