Aircel — for getting port number

I live in jamshedpur. From 10-15 days there is no network of aircel. I have aircel sim which is very urjent number for me. I want that same number. Without any information network of aircel went away. I want port number for going to any other company with having same number. I don't want to be in aircel after getting so bad service my aircel number is [protected]. Please provide me port member
