[Resolved] Aircel — For Worst kind of service and Cutting my mobile Balance again and again Regularly | |||
i am Amit Pareek i am using Aircel Sim Card and my mobile no. is [protected]. Last Few Days i seem many problems together in aircel service last weak i Subscribe for aircel 15 Rupees net pack Dial a code *121*015# i got it through sms from Aircel company. after dial this code my mobile balance cut 15 rupees but while i use my net again cut my mobile balance for Surfing then i chek my net balance there is no net balance because aircel cut my 15 rupees but didnt active my net pack then i call customer care Again and again but they didnt help me and didnt give me any usful help then after i submit a complent through net my complet no. is 1-[protected] after cuting my 15 rupees aircel also reduce my call rate 1 paisa 2 second and 1 paisa 3 second to 2 paisa per 1 second i was shocked. after that one day you cut my 3 rupees balance an today dated 31.12.2014 i again received a massage ...Thanks for subscribing to dialer tune at RS. 8 for 8 Days. to unsubscribe SMS Stop to 155223. and my mobile balance cut 8 rupees. i am so upset i immedeatlly massage STOP to given no. 155223 but i received a massage ..you are not subscribed to any vas service. then after i call again and agaiin to customer care but i am help less they talking with me very rudlly i again complet and my complente no. is 1-[protected]. IF Aircel company dont Return my Whole Balance or They should not Reduce my Call Rate then I am Must going with Mobile Number Porting and I also Complent in Cunsumer Court and i also Start a Companin Against Aircel Servic Via Social Media like Facebook Twiter And Whats App. Was this information helpful? | |||
