i have made a recharge of Rs 198 prior to which i should have got 1.5 gb 3g data and post the consumption of 1.5gb a surfing speed o[censored]pto 128kbps.Now that i have already consumed my 1.5 gb high speed data thereafter i am not able to open any web page even a default web page like google.com.I have been trying to make severe complains and talk to the supervisors of Aircel as their executives arent able to provide a effective feedback.Asking the executives to transfer their call to their respective supervisors they say there supervisors wont entertain such calls and they simply disconnect.I have made a complaint on 28th of oct abt the problem but there is no feedback to it.I just want to know what is the moneyvalue of Rs 198 that i have paid to get an internet service but after 1.5gb which is over, promising so much in thier brochures and hoardings what do they end up in saying that "SIR AS THE AREA IN WHICH U STAY HAS MANY AIRCEL USSER YOU WONT GET ANY HELP FROM OUR SIDE OR SIR UR AREA DOEST HAVE PROPER NETWORK SIGNAL BECAUSE OF WHICH YOU ARE FACING THE PROBLE".
If that is the fact why dont they write up this conditions in their hoardings and the second h=thing at the same location till 1.5 gb the network was okay and after that the network has become worst.Are this excuses of any valid reason.
please provide a solution to the problem else refund my whole money
