Aircel — Fraud offers

Aircel is giving pop up messages as shown below, unlimited 3g/2g for 255rs but when I recharged I got 1075mb which is 1gb. Even for normal recharge I should have got 1.75gb which I didn't get. When I called the customer care they refused to take my complaint and said there is no such offer and they didn't even refused to give the 700mb which I should have got. My no is [protected].

I tried sending that message it's showing MRP not available as you can see in the ss I have attached below. And as for getting the offer I only got 1gb and I have already used that 1gb and now my net is not connecting. If I had indeed got the unlimited offer why is my net not working. But it's working fine now that I have recharged again.

That is just false information. I got only 1gb whereas I was supposed to get unlimited 3g /2g for 1 month. How can I use unlimited internet in 5 days??? Are you retarded??? And even if I got normal benefit I should have got 1.75gb which I didn't. I have enclosed my data usage below till 5th September as that I when I raised the complain. Maybe it will knock some sense into you guys and you will stop saying things so stupid. Don't think that the customers are dumb. Money doesn't grow in trees. I recharged for 255rs and I should get what I am promised.

Aircel sucks. You guys suck big time. I am porting out along with whole of my family. A huge company like this frauding and stealing money from common people. Hope you guys get shut down soon.
