Aircel — Frequent Deduction of Balance without consent and without any subscriptions | |
Hello, My Aircel mobile number is [protected]. I am having a problem with aircel as aircel is activating various services for example : Wynk music without my consent and action and charging me for the same. Everytime I have to call customer care and ask them to refund. And as soon as I get the refund, aircel again deducts the money. In spite of this being a DND number I have to go through this problem. We have verified your account details and found that, on dated 13th Aug 2015 a content service "TINYTV30" has been subscribed from your number [protected] through transaction mode WAP and an amount of Rs 30 was deducted from your account towards service subscription charges. However as per your request the service has been deactivated from your number to avoid further renewal of the service. Further considering your request and as a service gesture we have forwarded a request to our concern team to post an adjustment of Rs 30 which will be credited to your account within next 24hrs.

This is not the first time that you have activated a service automatically and deducted charges for that. Your customer care has also refunded the money. But this is becoming regular once my balance is high enough. Please see to that you refund that money and this doesn't occur in future.
