Sir my balance is credited in promo balance. i recharge from free recharge app of Rs.135( as full talk time).
I request you for transfer the promo balance to the main account .

Aircel Customer Care's response Dear Vijay sao,

We would like to inform you that PF balance (promo balance) can not be transferred to main balance. Also, PF balance can be used same as the main balance for voice, SMS and internet but, you can not use PF balance to activate any service.

I recharge amount 103 for net pack 3g validity 28 days but after two days net pack finish i used only 70 MB, i have proof snapshot
