Dear Sir/Madam, Good morning, I am a customer with Aircel (India) service provider over a long time, never facing any problem but last three days facing major problem, Automatic deduct my general balance, where as not to make any phone calls and not to activate any other facilities. What is the service of Aircel???? Several time call Customer Care no.198 but they have not to take any necessary action till now. Detail of Deduct amount with date: 30th June'15 at night Deduct amount Rs.52/- 01st July'15 at night deduct amount Rs.40/- (top up recharge due to zero balance that day) 02nd July'15 at noon deduct amount Rs.20/-(top up recharge due to zero balance that day) My problem facing Aircel mobile no.--[protected] (West Bengal Circle ), Jalpaiguri. When yesterday (2nd July'15) at noon topup recharge and just see that balance zero than call Aircel Legal Cell, Kolkata Office, They said "we see the matter". But still now problem not solved, I can't used my phone.How many time I will recharge my cell and what will be the guaranty next time not deduct my balance???? I am afraid and facing major problem.
