Aircel — help please "am not receiving upc for aircel" while trying to port

I am having great difficulty with aircel network in my area now and the numbers are very important to me. I have sent port [protected] to 1900 (Also port [protected], port [protected]) but not received the upc though i have tried multiple times through all the 3 (Three) aircel numbers i wish to port.

Please kindly help.
