[Resolved] Aircel — I am complaining about balance deduction

I belong to kolkata and my aircel number is [protected]. 95 rs has been deducted from my account today even if i had a net balance. I spoke to customer care executive, his name is tanmay kumar das. He assured me for refunding my money back into my account. He also gave me a complaint number 1-[protected]. Till now no action has been taken. Your customer care executives are simply disconnecting the call on my face. And again when i am trying to call they have just blocked me. You can see that i am very old customer of yours. But i have faced so much of balance deduction problems in aircel that i no more trust this network. As i was assured by your customer care executive tanmay i have not got my balance. You people don't even stick to yoir words. What service will you all provide? I had enough of it now. If i will not get my money i will now take strict actions.

Aircel Customer Care's response Dear Priyanka Biswal,

As per CDR your balance got deduction Rs.86.39(not Rs.95) for using GPRS in 3G connectivity from 8/23/2016 at 2:12:17 PM to 8/23/2016 at 3:29:11 PM, total usage 41.1513 MB(as per default charges 15paise/10KB )before balance Rs.89.12 & after balance Rs.2.73, after crossed free data balance then balance charged from main account. So charging found correct.
