Aircel Customer Care's response Dear Sanjay Kayth,

We would like to inform you that we have checked your account details and have found that the RAJRC 79 Pack was activated in your account after your due consent and the services were activated via ussd on 17/02/2017 and charged Rs.79 for same. Hence, we regret to inform that we are unable to process any kind of adjustment in this regard.
