Aircel — i am trying to port my aircel number : [protected] but am unable to send message to 1900

I am trying to port my aircel number : [protected] but i am unable to send message to 1900. I have been trying to send message : port [protected] to 1900 since 28th february but every time it is showing unable to send message. I have tried multiple times to send the port message but each time i failed to do it because it says undelivered message. What should i do now? This is highly unprofessional from aircel. Aircel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
