Aircel — I couldn't get the upc code

Hi,
My name is vijayan living in chennai and my aircel sim have a 19 digits serial no. The sim format is (E. G-12345, 12345, 12345, 1234) and several times i send the port out message but no response so i tried to another way using other network via get the upc code so i call the [protected] first i choose my language and once again choose upc code generate no. Option and finally type my mobile no. 10 digits like a [protected] and type the last 5 digits of sim no. Already i type it above like a my sim no. Format
E. G no.- is 51234 it says no records exists please type correctly. Kindly suggested my problem and resolve the problem at the earliest.
