Aircel — I did not get a balance after recharge of 197 | |||||
I have recharged to my mobile number [protected] on 1st august 2016. Till now i did not get any benifits of recharge. This is not the first time many times they deducted balance with out any reason. Please take an action against them. Even customer care support also worst. They are not responsding for queries, even disconnecting the call in middle of talk. Please do me a favour. He asked all my card details. i told him card no and expiry date, he asked me cvv but i did not give that, he told that otherwise he will cancel the complaint
