I had an aircel maharashtra number. But as services of mh are closed.. When the number was active i had msged 1900 for the upc code.. But i did not get any... Now i need upc as i need the same number. Their offices are closed.. Contact number of aircel is not working.. I had high hopes but this is very disappointing service from aircel..
