Aircel — i have recharge for Rs.103 through netbanking but i have zero balance in my main account,

Address:Tirupur, Tamil Nadu

Txn NO. TNR[protected] to recharge MRP 103 is successful. TT=0 INR, New BALANCE 0 INR, P.F 90.35 INR, S.Tax 12.65 INR. What is P.F Amount, and Where is my main balance. Customer care no response. (I copy to TRAI, Delhi) My mobile No:[protected].

Dear iniyaasiva,

We would like to inform you that RC- 103 is having benefit of 103FTT+103Mb data+103 free SMS only when the same is recharged through Aircel website and you had not recharged the same through Aircel website hence the benefit of 400MB had been attached to your number.
