[Resolved] Aircel — I want to different service but active wrong service without my permission

Above to mentioned to subject.. i received a call by aircel customer care than he ask me. what is problem faced you in there than i remind her my call rate is higher charged so i leave this company after than he told me a plan but that planed i'm not stratified i told i want second call rate plan but he active in minute plan why????
i other problem m call rate charged is different rate in different calls why???
i'm only want to second call rate plan i'm many time remind and call customer care but there every time ignore my phone calls thank u...
i hope you solve my problem as soon as possible
