Aircel — Illegal balance deduction from [protected] | |||||
I am having an aircel connection ([protected]). A few weeks back I recharged this mobile connection with a special recharge worth Rs.204. This recharge offers 1GB data + Rs. 104 talk time. At the time of recharge, I was having an active data pack with nearly 10 MB balance and a talk time balance of approximately Rs. 3. I received the data and talk time balances as per the offer and hence my mobile account was having 1GB +10MB data and Rs. 107 talk time after the recharge. Internet connection in my mobile was continuously in ON condition.Next day, when I tried to make a call, I found that my talk time balance has been completely exhausted. I had given complaints to aircel customer care (ref. no.: 1-[protected]) and appellate authority (ref. no.: 1-[protected] ) but they both didn't resolve my complaint. According to them, Rs.107 was deducted for GPRS usage and hence it cannot be reversed. But they are not telling why they deducted from talk time balance when 1 GB data pack was active? Even though I am not sure about getting a satisfactory solution for this complaint, I would like to use this forum to inform at least a few about my bad experience.
