Aircel — Illegally deduction from prepaid balance. | |||
Dear Sir, My Aircel prepaid No.[protected].I have ported this no from BSNL to Aircel on 04/08/2015.As per the Aircel’s offer the retailer has been activated rate cutter for the benefit of outgoing calls to 1P/2Sec plan for 90 days validity & 2 months Data pack. But it is surprised that Rs.65.00 has been debited from main balance on 19/08/2015 for activation of benefits of outgoing calls as Loca l+STD A2A @ 15 P/min, Local [protected]@25P min for 45 days. I have communicated to customer care executive but they replied me that it was done by me & no refund is possible. As the same benefit was activated during the activation of SIM so why should I do so??So you can justify the reality of their response. Again I have recharged a top up of Rs.40.00 on 21/08/2015 through e- recharge & received the recharge successful SMS with T.T of Rs.40.00 but Rs.36.00 has been credited to main balance. Last 7 days back Rs. 5.00 has been debited without any information or SMS from my account & the reason explained by Aircel was it is due to activation miscall alerts. Furthermore Rs. 5.00 has been debited two times during 2 weeks but reason is not mentioned or informed. On 23/08/2015 Rs. 30.00 has been debited from my account without any information. On 24/08/2015 I made recharge of Rs.84.00 for activation of benefit of rate cutter @ 1p/2 sec for 180 days through e-recharge. But still it is not yet activated .Referring the above experience by Aircel I got harassed with Aircel's worst services. So I request you take the necessary action to refund back the debited amount.
