Aircel — improper response from customer care

Dear Sir/Madam, I have received msg from Aircel by saying get A2A @10p by recharging rs45. I have called the customer care for verifying it. She said if you received that you can. After spoke to that lady I have recharged. Then I spoken with my family thru this no. However my balance got deducted huge instead of new recharge. I have called customer care to file a complaint but she cut my call. Again I tried reached customer care and call transfered to senior person. But he is very adamant and not listening what I am speak. Finally he also cut my call. Customer care complaint numbers are [protected] [protected] [protected] I have wrote this mail very shortly and to get know more please check my customer care complaint details. I am writing this for my rights and service provider not responding promptly and need to refund the balance. Thanks Siva

Actual reason for this complaint and concern is, there is no proper response from Customer care and irrelevant message sending to customer while sending Offer message.

Meanwhile I will fwd this to [protected]@aircel.co.in as well.
