[Resolved]  Aircel — incoming and outgoing international calls are barred in roaming ([protected]) (ern[protected]fr07t

I am facing problem while making or receiving calls in germany. This issue was raised to aircel on 21st nov and till date is it not sorted. Every time i ask them the status and they keep saying that it is technical issue and they are working on it. Even they lie saying they tried to reach me. And when i call them ([protected]) they dont pick up my calls.

I have been requesting d local authorities of d aircel post paid to covert my no to prepaid. But d company does pay any attention to it as a result of which i hv been compelled to pay d additional service charge of 18% durung d time of very good prepaid offers by many companies.
