Aircel — Incoming call facility barred without any reason 2 times | |||
I took new Aircel no. [protected] last month. On 5th September 2014, suddenly all incoming & outgoing calls were inactive on my no. On continuous tracking and call to customer care. It was resolved on 6th September and customer care representative said, there was some technical fault, so it happened . Again on 9/09/2014, same thing happened, incoming calls to my no. is barred. This time the customer care representative is saying that someone has requested t o barred my aircel no. I don't understand, without any security check, how can they barred my no.
