Aircel — Incorrect Call Rate | |||
On 13-08-15 I called Complaint Helpline 198. One customer support executive transferred my call to his/her senior Mr. Saroj Nayek. He assured me to activate the previous offer of STD Aircel call @10p/min only for my number within 48 hours. But now its 48 hours over and the call rate is not changed till now. I am not getting one thing, why this Consumer Complaint Forum is made, if they do nothing. Today is third day since I launched this complaint, but no solution is till allotted to me.
