Aircel has Unlimited Internet for the day @Rs9/day for 28 days. As per the description this plan should renew(activate) automatically at the beginning if the day i.e at exactly 12.00AM
I activated this service on 15/09/2016 at 6:45 AM. I got a confirmation message from Aircel. Then I used nearly 80-90 MB till 11.59 AM. I had nearly 29.52 Rs balance. So for the next day as per the plan it should have been renewed at 12.00AM but till 1.39 AM and in between those time Aircel deducted 29Rs from my balance for the data usage.
Morning I called the customer service for the clarification, as it was clearly a glitch from Aircel. When I explained the problem She told they don't have unlimited plan for Rs9, But I told I have a screenshot of the plan as proof . As she wasn't capable and doesn't understand the problem I asked her to transfer the call to supervisor to which she agreed. But after sometime call get disconnected. I called the customer service again and again but there was no response from them.
I want my money back. I have screenshot of the plan and recording with the Customer service as proof.
