10-12 days back I purchased aircel 20 GB Internet pack for 1697. I used around 14 GB and still 6365 Mb is remaining. And the expiry date is 03/07/2015. And now when I use the internet my main balance is being deducted rather than internet balance. Yesterday I had more than 250 rs in my phone balance, and when I saw in the morning it was 0.01.. But when I check the balance It shows 6365 MB remaining. I have attached the photo as a proof. Please do review this. We dont have so much time to complain you daily.
Its very poor that this is not the genuine way to earn money.
Recently also I had exactly same problem about 4-5 days back. I complained about it. For 2-3 days it was solved after that everything is same.
Please do refund or do something for this internet pack

This is the third-fourth time I am writing to aircel and still my issue is not solved.
Some 15 days back I purchased 20GB Internet pack and Its expiry date is 3/07/2015. I used around 14 GB an 6365 Mb is still remaining. But now the internet pack doesnt seem to work. Yesterday I had 204Rs in my phone balance. And when I used the internet that 204RS was deducted though I had 6365 Mb remaining. And when I call your customer care, I am not getting any help. You can check how many times I called your customer care. May be more than 30 times. I have attached the screenshot, Please do review it.
Kindly do not behave like this with your customers. This is the cheapest way to put your customer in trouble.
