Aircel — invalid aircel number

Dear sir, I bought a new aircel sim no mob no. [protected] 12 days back. It has been invalid number issued. I have been connecting aircel customer care complaint no. 198 but nt reply & nt response . 1) I have submitted all the required documents to aircel office I can't contact 198 or 1288 or 121 for activation because my sim is unable to get the signal though full signal is available at my place.its showing videocon no. Delhi circal Please see if my sim can be activated and forward this email to relevant authorities
