Aircel — Involuntary vas subscription | |||
My mobile number is [protected] I was charged RS.35 today (28-march-16) fr a VAS for which I have no memory of subscribing to.I use Internet a lot but I am very sure that I dint subscribe to some lame VAS.I want my money back and tat VAS unsubscribed asap. I dont know why you guys are doing this??? Is it obligatory for an aircel subscriber to waste hard earned money over such lame things. I want my money credited back soon pls acknowledge . We have verified your account and found that the download request has been initiated from your end through WAP mode on 27 & 30/3/2016. The pack is NAMITHA35. Hence the amount of Rs.35 + Rs.35 has been Deducted for the same. As a long standing your amount of Rs.35 on 27/3 & Rs.35 on 30/3 has been credited to your number as a goodwill gesture. The pack has been deactivated.
