Aircel — Irresponsible Call Center and error in system

Complaint#: 1-[protected] This is a chain complaint. The system erroneously started deducting Rs. 30 for CRBT (Caller Ring back tone) from the month of June. It was noticed and the first complaint was lodged. Without a request from the user, the system automatically enabled and charged for CRBT. I am sure you will record all the calls. If you can listen to the call referred in this number, it was confirmed by the executive that though there was no request from the customer end this was applied hence they will act on it. I received a message after few days saying the issue was resolved. "What for a customer does resolved mean???" The next month I was again charged for Rs.30 for CRBT. When I asked again, they said resolved means attended at their end and closed!!! They recorded the complaint again and said will review and would get back surely before 72 hours. After 72 hours, when I did not receive any update, I again called back customer service. The guy who picked up says, the issue was resolved and they charged correctly. How did the previous executive confirmed the issue was with system (if you can refer the call) and why wont the executive call my number and check that there is no song being played truly?? He says he does not have the provision to dial my cell number?? Am I talking to Aircel customer service??? Now when I say there was no request raised and that was the first complaint and even now there is no song playing if you can call and check my number, the executive says we cant do anything for that and I should now meet a manager in a Spencer Plaza. Now this is clearly cheating. When the first complaint was raised does it not mean, that I have not raised a request and hence the CRBT for the next month automatically should never be applied?? And after following up for nearly two cycle of payments, now I have to spend more to meet a manager and spend hours to clarify for this 60Rs???? Given that I was with Aircel for over 10 years, this new day customer CARE is forcing me to quit aircel and I am in serious agony spending so much time for this issue with irresponsible executives, process and system error.
