Aircel — issue regarding activation and deactivation | |||
This is saikumar from hyderabad. I am using aircel from past 5 years. recently I got a problem regarding fun tv activation. Actually I didn't give any request to you people regading fun tv, but automatically it was activated on june 2nd, my balance was automatically cut down second time also with out any intimate...so I called on 121 on july2nd..I spoke with ur employee! But he his didn't give any information to me and without my permission he did deactivated fun tv then activated and finally cut my call in middle of conversation... this is the way to behave with customers right? What a company offo the worst aircel company and worst employees... Was this information helpful? | |||
