[Resolved] Aircel Karnataka — Auto activation of internet pack and balance deduction | |||
Hello my mob number is [protected] Last week I recharged my number with Rs251 rupees.. It includes rs180 talk time and 1Gb 3g2g data for one month.. On 3rd of Nov evening they automatically activated after net pack worth rs128 and deducted 128 rs from account.. My main account balance reduced to 59 from 187.. They also sent an sms following (Your Pack KTKPI128 has been activated. Please reply YES to set your pack on Auto-Renewal.) on 4th of November.. I recharged my Internet with251 and I am using that for my benefits.. But these worst people activated there elf a Internet pack and deducted huge 128 rs from account.. I never opted for this service.. Previously last month also they did the same thing and replied simply there is no update on our side.. This time I was calling then to speak and complaint about my problem They didn't even registered my complaint and simply saying we r asking sorry for inconvenience. And use the data provided.. It was irritating to me.. I wasn't even requested any services like that.. Their self activated a service and deducted 128rs from account and now simply saying sorry and use it.. I requested for refund from the company they said it should not possible.. Then I tried again, this time an higher officer spoked to me and she also not replied well.. Saying sorry and use.. When I requested for refund they said simply we are not refunding for data services like that.. Then I asked what about my money they replied use the data provided.. It was worst reply from the higher officer too.. Poor service by the aircel karnataka.. Second time they r stealing my money.. Sir kindly take step in this issue and provide good solution to me.. As per our system records, it has been found that PI 128 pack has been activated through USSD on[protected]:40:25, as one time good will gesture waiver posted and removed the data balance. Hope the resolution offered meets your satisfaction levels too.
