Dear customer care
I have recharged online on 18/11/2016 of exclusive friday offer with rs130.in it showed that it will give talk time of rs 140 but instead i got rs 110. I was not given what it was there on the website. Then i called customer care on 198. There also i were left disappointed. Then i called on no [protected] in which they said they can't resolve the issue coz the server is down. I'm really disappointed with the service. The transaction id for the above recharge is:wbr[protected].

Hope it will get resolved asap.
