Aircel Limited — Discontinuing the rate cutter facility before the stipulated date. | |||
13.04.2016 Sir, I emailed the following complaint to Aircel Customer Care on 11.04.2016:- On 10.04.2016 I received a message on my Aircel mobile No.[protected] that my rate cutter validity is ending today. In fact, I activated the rate cutter of Rs. 42/- on 21.03.2016 @ ½ paise per second for 28 days. And as per the Company's scheme the validity will end on 17.04.2016. On that I immediately talked to their complaint No.198 twice. But I received reply that their server is not working so try later. Then from 11.04.2016 onwards my call charges ware deducting @ 3 paise per second. And this was not the first instance. Earlier twice on this number and twice on my another mobile No.[protected], before the stipulated date, the validity had ended. And this I brought to their notice vide my above said email and requested them to the needful to revise the validity and reinstate the balance deducted exorbitantly and unlawfully. In reply they told me to wait for 2 days to look into the matter. But till today I received no reply. Sir, the same reply I received on 12.02.2016 on my same complaint. They send such reply only but do nothing till the stipulated period of validity expires. .And on reminder email they reply nothing. This is their policy to cheat the consumers. The package which you received is with a correct benefit of RC 42 since the validity was revised to 21 days from 28 days.
