[Resolved]  Aircel Maharashtra — MNP code not provided

hello, I have been trying to get my MNP code from aircel since 6th jan 2014 and I have not received the code yet. I have called the call center fore more than 5 times and they have promised a call back in 24 hours which never took place. I have called them and after a long conversation they gave me a code and I have submitted the code to my new network and they saw that the code is invalid.I have called the contact centre today and they deny the existence of any such code and as expected told me that I will get a call in next 24 hours. I have written a mail to TRAI and no response from them. Awful service fro Aircel with home I have been for more than 4 years and 2 numbers..The worst part is that the appellate number provided on their website does not work as no one answers the call. Went to the circle office and found a polite person named Imran who helped me.. The issue has been resolved and I am ready to move on.. Thanks
