Aircel — Main balance deducted without any messages | |||||
Sorry to say that my aircel no [protected] .When I have recharged with internet pack 28 & a top up 30 and for the balance was 26.90 after 1 hour my money was deducted and no message was received by me this is second time I am complaining about the problem but no resolution I am getting please help me out I have contact 198 they are saying call me after 4 hour because there is no update available for your no. Again I have called the no 198 but again they're telling to call after 4 hour what the problem sir/maa'm and I am not able to call to consumer care. sir help me this is last time i am contacting u other wise I have to close this no and need to complain at consumer fourm . how can i attach you voice record between your executive and me. Please interrogate & investigate for the recorded audio. which is the only proof of foul, wrong info provide by your executive. Side by side presently they activate a vas service on my number. I have to disconnect this service. Aircel is the only bad customer service provider in India.
I am facing similar problem and I guess all the aircel customer face these type of problems very frequently.They deduct money unnecessarily.They activate the value added services automatically.And the customer service is worst.Whenever we call them the system is down.call after 4hrs.We have other works too.Day and night we cannot call the customer care and listein to one thing call after 4 hours and that after 4 hours never comes.You all are thieves.What better name can I give you!!

As per our system check, you have recharged PI 28 on 07.06.2016 at 21.17 in which you got 100 MB 2G data validity 21 days.
As per CDR module, balance Rs23.10 (before balance 23.19 after balance 0.09) was deducted to using GPRS surfing on 18-Jun-2016 at 12:09:36 in 3G network for 1.5034 MB data.You have already used 100 MB 2G data after that GPRS surfing charged as per 15p/10kb.
So charging found correct.
