[Resolved] Aircel — Migrating service almost 30+ days.. No email no call back | |||
Hi, My mobile number: [protected] i've been using aircel postpaid service almost 30+ months. It's keep on frustrating me for a simple migration i've been following almost a month. Cancellation request was raised on may 9th, 2017with outstanding balance + 300 rs. Data was been barred that day itself still card doesn't migrated. Also, next month bill also generated who is going to take responsible for this. Also, vas charges how long we will call and keep on tracking that even though we doesn't activate any value added service and paying for that. Same has been happen on this month balance even we checked the service by sending stop sms & getting confirmation no vas settings has been added. I need to migrate service also i'm nt willing to pay any charges especially vas. Tried to reach the contact number provided on invoice but no one ready to respond my cal for past 3 to 4 days, hence mailing. Was this information helpful? | |||
