[Resolved] Aircel — migration from postpaid to prepaid not happened | |||
I raised request to change my mobile numbers from postpaid to prepaid on 29th dec 2017 and i paid all outstanding and paid extra rs. 150 as instructed by them. But still the connection not migrated to prepaid. Every day i am getting 2 to 3 calls from aircel customer care and asking the reason for change. I explained the reason so many times. But these guys are continuously asking me the same question every day and simply postponing my request by asking these kind of questions. I harshly told them don't call me back, and do what i requested. But, no impact. Same thing is happening still today. Please suggest me what should i do next?
