I paid my brother aircel postpaid bill of Rs.361 on 25-Sep-2015 but by my mistake I mistakenly type the wrong number on time of bill payment, Original number - [protected]. Wrong number - [protected]. Transaction number is - DE70101370431443202737808 Pain Amount - Rs.361/- Payment Date - 25-Sep-2015 I want to request please move my amount Rs.361/- to my postpaid number but company says, (Dear Customer, Thank you for writing to AIRCEL. Your service request number is 1-[protected] This is in reference to your e mail dated December 4, 2015, regarding Aircel number # [protected] We would like to inform you that we would like to inform you that as per our process successful recharge can't be reversed or transfer.) what can I do on this please help because this mobile number [protected] is not service or always switch off I try it many times.
