Dear sir,
I am using aircel sim from last 7 years. Up to last year all is well about services. But from last year there are many problem with aircel and this is not acceptable at all due to my professional life. So i have decided to port aircel sim to another service provider. But last six month ago i have submitted mnp request to vodafone but my number can not port because aircel is not accepted mnp request. Then i not take seriously and not taken any action.
But after some days there are many network problem so i have decided to port mobile no and submitted mnp request to aircel. Once again aircel has not accept my request.
This is not a way to behave with your costomers. After that i have call to customer service there is no any answer from representative... Aircel represtative are shameless person... They have no value of their customers....
After that i have once again request for mnp and now they are not sending mnp code to me...
I humble request you to aircel please pay attention to customer complaints and solve them on priority basis... Was this information helpful? |
