[Resolved] Aircel — MNP to other network from Aircel | |||||
Hi, I have opted to port out from Aircel to another network and accordingly took a new Jio sim with the porting code I have got after sending message to 1900 on 19th June, 2017. it's been 10 days and there has been no acknowledgement from Aircel. I also called to customer care and I seriously doubt their credibility as none of them can tell me the exact SLA by which the porting will be done. This is complete unprofessionalism on part of Aircel and would like the higher management to take necessary actions to let me port out and also give required trainings to customer care executives to avoid such complaints in future. We would like to inform you that earlier UPC would get expired on 4th Jul’17.
