Aircel — Mobile Balance deducted | |||||
My aircel mobile number is [protected]. On 31st october 2015 morning 1am, I top up Aircel of rs.283 to get internet data and balance. Then I started using internet of which I have 2 GB. Then in that morning 10 am on the same day I recharged ratecutter of rs.374 of the same number. I had a balance of rs.812. But later when I noticed my balance seems to be rs.0. I was shocked and immediately I called customer care about the issue. They told the amount was deducted for internet usage. I replied them that I had 2 GB of internet data and they deducted data balance and amount also. Then they checked and told me that it was their mistake and I talked with team leader, he told that we will file a complaint and if possible they will refund . But there was no proper response from them, till now I didn't get any refund of rs.812. I need my money to be refunded as soon as possible. Was this information helpful? | |||||

I had enough data balance in my mobile but you people charged my mobile balance instead of data deduction. Thisr is the problem and thats why im complaining here .There is a mistake happened in Aircel.I have data balance of 2 GB but Aircel deducted my money even though I have 2gb net balance.I want this problem to be solved.I am not convinced with your reply. Please check while deducting mobile balance I had data balance then WHO's mistake is this???.
