Mobile No#[protected] Name: SUMAN DUTTA Dear Official, Yesterday afternoon without having any information an amount of Rd.27/- had been debited. Without my consent caller tune for 22 days had been activated and for this Rd.22/- had been debited. Tried to talk with your customer care, but due to system maintenance, he could not divide any information regarding this debit. Now requesting Aircel through your platform to refund/credit the debited amount immediately and deactivate such caller tune service immediately.
