Aircel — mobile number portability - not getting upc message

My aircel mobile number is [protected] i am trying to port out form aircel and tried several times sending sms to 1900 as "port [protected]" never getting the upc message. No proper signal for past two days. Since this im primary contact no and linked with bank accounts, not able to do banking transactions since not receiving otp from banks. Suffering like i am in hell...
