Aircel — mobile number & sim # mismatch

Hi,

I have mentioned my correct mobile number and last 5 digits of my sim card. While trying to generate upc to port to new network. However receiving an error messages stating sim & mobile # does not match after entering my correct mobile number and last 5 digits of my sim card number.

Please find below my mobile # and sim card number for reference.

Mobile # [protected]
Last 5 digits sim # 42456

Please help in fixing this issue.
