[Resolved] Aircel — money debited from my main account (saying activate caller tunes) | |||
A call from aircel telemarketing, i attended the call from them. They play caller tunes ask to press 1, 2, 3... For selective songs. I had placed my phone aside, the call ended by itself. After a minute my money debited from my main balance saying i had activated caller tune. When i called the operator they said we have pressed the button, but i haven't touched my phone and not even ended my call it ended by it self. I need my money back and no operator should do this again. I need an action which stop operators from doing this. Was this information helpful? | |||
