Aircel — Money deducted from account automatically | |||
I am tapan kumar nayak from bhubaneswar and my aircel mobile no is [protected].On 04/09/2015 Rs.50 have been deducted from my account.Before that i have only opened my facebook account as always by aircel mobile data and still i have 220mb of internet data left in my account .We all know that facebook is a free site but I have internet data also in my account so there is no question about data charges.After that I have called the aircel customer support and they told me that because of a chargeable link click Rs.50 have been deducted from my account.i have never clicked any such type of links.As TRAI is strict on these auto-deduct charges how aircel violating TRAI rules.please take necessary action against them and refund my money as soon as possible. We have verified your account details and found that on dated 04th Sep 2015 a content “VPACK" was downloaded from your number [protected] through transaction mode WAP and Rs 50/- was deducted from your account towards content download charges. As the content is chargeable there was no wrong deduction from your account. Hence we regret to inform you that we will not able to post any adjustments in this regard.
