Dear aircel manager Today 4 march i subscribed a2a 10 p per min tarrif. *121*3000#Between4pm to4:30pm it does't work and when i ask the reason customers care officer he put my call hold and then after 2 min call ended I loss my 35 inr approx my number is [protected] Plz provide my balance and take action of this type of behaviour that doing by your customer services..always time same process happen when i call customer care Hope you will solve my problem and refund my balance Thank you Was this information helpful? | |||
