Aircel — Music Connect - Activated without request

Dear Sir, I am Peter from chennai like to file a Complaint against Aircel Company due to, they are activated Music Connect pack without any information for which they had deducted Rs.30/. when I called to customer care they accepted and send a complaint number 1-[protected]. After 2 days i received a message stating that the Music connect pack deactivated. But i havnt got the refund. This is happening to me every month.
